1. Eligibility: Students must attend Zion Chapel and participate regularly in youth activities.
  2. Report Cards: A copy of the student’s report card must be submitted for recognition even if an Honor Roll certificate has already been received.
  3. Award Distribution: All awards must be picked up from Zion Chapel Baptist Church.
  4. Unclaimed Awards: If awards are not picked up by the student or a parent/guardian or a member of the family within two weeks of distribution, they will be returned to the church.
  5. Submission Deadlines: Report cards and certificates must be submitted by the stated deadline. Late submissions will not be accepted.
  6. Graduate Recognition:
    • Only high school and college graduates who attend Zion Chapel regularly will be recognized.
    • Zion Chapel college graduates earning Master’s, Doctoral, or other advanced degrees will receive a certificate of achievement.
